Class 1 Minimus

Dressage:  Walk & Trot Test P.C. ‘D’

 

Height of fences:  Approximately 1’ 3”

 

Entry Fee: £18

Class 2 Novice

 

Dressage:  Intro Dressage Test 100 (2001)

 

Height of fences:  Approximately 2’ 3”.

 

Entry Fee:  £18

Class 3 Intermediate

 

Dressage:  Pre-Novice Dressage Test 110 (2001)

 

Height of fences:  Approximately 2’ 9”.

 

Entry Fee:  £18

 

Hire of Pony/Horse from R.R.C.: £12

Dressage

The Dressage tests will start at 10 a.m. and can be commanded.

Show Jumping

When you have done your Dressage test please go as soon as possible to the Show Jumping ring.  Give your name and

number to the steward before commencing.

All Class 1  must Show Jump first.

Cross Country

The Cross-Country Section will start after showjumping, Minimus first,  then Novice, then Intermediate.

The Cross-Country will run in the same order as the Dressage.We will not be able to wait for riders not in the collecting area.

There will be a Timed Section on the Cross-Country Course.

You MUST wear a body protector (RRC hire them at a charge of £5 per user)

Safety helmets to BS EN 1384 or PAS 015 are mandatory when riding at a BHS Approved Centre

            1st error     -   2 penalties

            2nd error    -   4 penalties

            3rd error     -   Elimination

Show Jumping:

            Knocking down obstacles   -   5 penalties

            1st  disobedience (refusal)  -  10 penalties

            2nd disobedience (refusal)  -  20 penalties

            3rd disobedience (refusal)   -  Elimination

            Elimination is 3 disobediences at the same fence

Cross Country:

            1st refusal - 10 penalties

            2nd refusal - 20 penalties

            3rd  refusal - Elimination

Fall of horse or rider in any Section  -  Elimination.   Elimination is 3 refusals at the same fence
